Custom PTR (rDNS) records are available on all 1:1 Dedicated IP accounts and on Dedicated IP servers UK14–UK22. To set up a custom PTR record:
- Create a DNS A record with your hosting provider, pointing your chosen domain (FQDN) to your unique Dedicated IP address.
- Contact VPNUK support via Live Help or ticket with your FQDN and IP.
- We will configure the rDNS/PTR record on our end.
