How Billing Works

  • You'll receive an email reminder before renewal
  • Subscriptions are available monthly, 6-monthly, 12-monthly, and 24-monthly
  • Longer terms have significantly lower monthly prices — see our pricing page

How to Cancel / Disable Auto-Renewal

  1. Log in to the Members Area
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Click Cancel next to the subscription you want to stop
  4. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again
