1: Open your configuration file.

2. Configure WireGuard® VPN Client on TP-Link Router
- Open a web browser and navigate to
http://tplinkwifi.netor your router’s IP address. - Enter your TP-Link ID or the password you set for the router.
3. Enable VPN Client:
- Navigate to Advanced > VPN Client.
- Toggle the VPN Client switch to Enable.
- Click Save.
4. Add WireGuard® VPN Configuration:
- Click the Add button in the upper-right corner of the Server List.
- Set the Description (e.g.,
VPNUK-WireGuard®). - Choose WireGuard® as the VPN Type.
- Click Browse to import the WireGuard® configuration file you downloaded earlier.
- Click Save.
5. Activate the WireGuard® Connection:
- In the Server List, locate the newly added WireGuard® configuration.
- Toggle the switch to Enable the connection.
6. Assign Devices to Use the VPN:
- Navigate to VPN Client > VPN Access.
- Click Add to specify which devices should use the VPN connection.
- Select the devices from the list and click Save.
7. Verify VPN Status
- To confirm the connection, check your new IP address by visiting: https://www.ipaddress.com/
Your IP should now match your unique VPNUK IP.

- Navigate to Advanced > VPN Client > VPN Access.
- Click Add to specify devices that should use the VPN.
- Select the desired devices and click Save.
3. Kill Switch (Block Internet if VPN Disconnects)

A kill switch ensures that if the VPN disconnects, internet access is blocked to prevent data leaks:
- Navigate to Advanced > Firewall > Access Control.
- Create a new rule:
- Target: Select the devices you want to apply the rule to.
