My VPN connection drops for no apparent reason?

Your VPN connection should be constant at all times, the only time the connection should drop is after a sustained period of no activity. If your connection drops for no apparent reason it could be down to a number of factors. The most common reasons are:
1. Your Wi-Fi signal is not very strong.
2. Your ADSL/Broadband connection drops.
3. Your device battery level is too low.
4. There is a conflict with the type of VPN you are using and your operating system.

The first thing we recommend is to change the connection type.
