There are a number of different methods of connecting to the VPNUK servers over an OpenVPN connection. VPNUK recommends connections through Tunnelblick and Viscosity. Tunnelblick is a free client that requires a small amount of setup configuration where as Viscosity is a commercial OpenVPN client that offers a very simple setup procedure. Viscosity is free to evaluate for 30 days, if you would like to purchase Viscosity after 30 days you can do so for just $9.00 USD.

This service has been configured with obfuscation to work with an OpenVPN connection. Specifically designed to assist anyone suffering problems with DPI, network restrictions or strict firewalls blocking VPN connections. This setup tutorial will guide you through the whole setup procedure for creating a regular OpenVPN connection, we will then show you how to enable the obfuscation service. AnyConnect SSL Software GUI.

VPNUK has compatibility and support for Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client VPN connections. This connection provides an SSL VPN, that utilies TLS and DTLS for secure session establishment, and is compatible with the CISCO AnyConnect SSL VPN protocol. These tutorials are based on the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, a graphical client of AnyConnect for the Mac OS X system. Setup is very straight forward and always secure.

IKEv2 Setup
The Apple Mac has compatibility with IKEv2 VPN connections. IKEv2 compatibilty is now built into the latest OS X version which we recommend configuring to your VPNUK account. IKEv2 connections configured on Apple devices are secure, reliable and very easy to setup. Our system will send you all the nessesary files and configuration settings, all you have to do is click onto install and then enter your password.
PPTP Setup
PPTP is a native connection on OSX and should provide you with a stable connection which should function without problems on virtually all systems. IMPORTANT NOTE: Mac OS no longer supports PPTP connections.
