My Connection is a bit slow at times?

Each system is different and the speeds coming from the servers may vary from time to time. You should always get around -20% of your internet service providers connection speed. We recommend all connections are created over L2TP with our IPSec Key as we have experienced greater connection speeds when using that protocol.

Many factors outside of our control contribute to you getting a good connection speed from the VPN. The most common speed issues arise from the routing to the VPN servers from your ISP.
