DDOS Protection

Basic DDOS protection comes as standard with all our Shared IP and Dedicated IP accounts due to the NAT methodology used on the accounts. In addition to that, the server monitoring we have in place offers a mix of automated and manual detection for any potential problems. If any kind of attack is targeted towards our servers we automatically block the attacker from being able to access any account and/or IP stopping access to the server so that the rest of the services continue to operate normally.

Users of our 1:1 Dedicated IP accounts choose not to have this kind of basic protection, inserting any kind of filter in front of those account would render the capabilities of the account useless and not suitable for the majority of our 1:1 Dedicated IP account holders usage requirements.
