My welcome email has not arrived?
If you use a web mail account like HOTMAIL, YAHOO or GMAIL please check your junk/spam mailbox for your login/configuration details. If your login details do not arrive after 1 hour please contact our Live Help team, there is a chance your mail server will have blocked the welcome email. You can always view your account login details from the members area of our website.
