To allow your VPNUK connection in ESET or NOD32 Firewall, please proceed as follows:

1. Open the ESET overview and click onto firewall.
2. Switch the firewall to interactive mode.
3. Click onto configure rules and zones
4. Enter your server IP for each server you have on your VPNUK account
5. Click apply and close the ESET Control Panel.

You should now be able to connect to your VPN account.
