Where can I find the OpenVPN configuration files?
Our OpenVPN config files are are located on our server, your configuration files are available from the respective setup guide for your device or operating system. Please refer to the setup guide for your device or system.

How do I update the certificate file for the OpenVPN Connection Assistant?
We recently renewed our OpenVPN certificate, If you are using our Windows based software please update your configuration with the following instructions.

1. Open the OpenVPN Assistant and you will be prompted to download some new files.
2. Click onto the button that reads: Certificate Updater (FIX)
3. Connect.

If you do not see the button that reads: Certificate Updater (FIX) on the OpenVPN Assistant menu please reinstall the OpenVPN Assistant from here: https://www.vpnuk.net/download/3820/ and try again.
