Stopping the Windows prompt when OpenVPN starts

There are two ways of stopping the Windows prompt from appearing when OpenVPN starts. One method is to Disable User Account Control (UAC) and the other is to create a scheduled task which creates a rule allowing OpenVPN to run with maximum privileges at all times.
