My VPN is not routing correctly?

You can run an nslookup to check the routing of your connection. Running this command will enable you to see if your connection is being correctly routed through the VPNUK service.

The command to run is: nslookup bbc.co.uk

To run this on windows you need to open Command Prompt, to do this open CMD, go to: Run -> cmd -> nslookup bbc.co.uk

On Mac and Linux, open Terminal and run nslookup bbc.co.uk

The same applies on Android and Apple devices, you may need to get an app from the appropriate app store.
