How do I change my login details?

We have 2 layer authentication on the VPNUK system. You have a user account which is used to administer all of your VPNUK accounts and subscriptions. You can change the login password, registered email address, address and contact details from the ‘Edit account’ tab. Enter your new password, confirm it and then click Save.

If you would like to change your VPN login password click onto the ‘VPNUK Account Details’ menu option, followed by the subscription ID you would like to edit.
